On behalf of the King and Court of Alpa, we thank you for our generous reception in your mighty hall, King Dracomir IV Tamišescu. We have traveled far to your illustrious court seeking to establish relations between our two peoples. Alpa is a realm of traders, our vessels sail to markets far and wide seeking to add to not only our own fortunes, but to those we engage in trade with - the rising tide lifts all ships, as they say. Pray tell, good king, do our goals fit the ambitions of Kastrovia?
The Crown and Court of Kastrovia receive you with much enthusiasm and deference, emissary. For too long, our kingdom has remained passive in the affairs of Weslif. We have much to offer the world, are very curious of the ways and customs of the western kingdoms.
We have gold, silver, food, lumber and much more to sell. We have large urban populations and bustling markets. We will be in need of more stone than we can produce to build our roads and forts. What do you have to offer us?

The Kingdom of Alpa is home to master craftsmen of every stripe, we export finely crafted goods across the known world, and trade in exotic goods from our far flung colonies. Access to one anothers’ markets would fill both of our coffers. Stone is also a good we are more than happy to export. Our realm is hungry for silver, so the availability of this commodity is welcome news. As for your curiosity of the cultures of Western Weslif, we would be more than happy to provide a compendium of the histories of the lands we call home.
