Derantia-Commonwealth Treaty
Section 1: Food Supply:
1.1: The Commonwealth agrees to provide the necessary investments, funds, and other required means to increase food production in Derantia by 200,000 kg a year,
1.2: From time to time, as required by the Commonwealth, Derantia agrees to provide the surplus balance of food to Commonwealth Colonial holdings,
Section 2: Expansion:
2.1: The Commonwealth agrees to render required aid, be it political, financial, or military, to support the expansion of the Derantian realm into its surrounding unclaimed territories,
2.2: From time to time, as required by the Commonwealth, Derantia agrees to allow for the free passage of Commonwealth military forces through its lands and waters,
Section 3: Infrastructure:
3.1: The Commonwealth agrees to render the required aid be it political, financial, or military, to support the creation of a connecting highway network within existing and new Derantia lands as covered by Section 2,
3.2: The Commonwealth agrees to render the required aid be it political, financial, or military, to support the creation of a port town in the Derantia realm,
3.3: Derantia agrees to allow the free, unrestricted and feeless travel of Commonwealth merchants and traders through the Derantia realm,
3.4: From time to time, as required by the Commonwealth, Derantia agrees to allow the Commonwealth to access the port described in section 3.2 for military purposes,
Section 4: Guarantee of Independence:
4.1: The Commonwealth declares itself the protector of Derantian independence.
