The Kingdom of Elysium and the Merchant Republic of Pestin, in the interest of peace, positive relations, and expanding trade, agree to the following terms. The parties agree to enforce the terms of this treaty to the best of their ability.
Section One
The Kingdom of Elysium agrees to relinquish territorial claims to islands in Charesia, labeled Areas ‘A’ and ‘B’ on the included map, and transfer said claims to the Merchant Republic of Pestin. The Merchant Republic of Pestin agrees to pay ₰300,000 as compensation for the relinquishment and transfer of said claims.
Section Two
The Kingdom of Elysium and the Merchant Republic of Pestin agree to the mutual defense of colonial holdings in Charesia.
Section Three
Vessels sailing under the flag of the Merchant Republic are granted permission to dock and replenish in Elysian ports and do business with local merchants in return for fair compensation. The Kingdom of Elysium and the Merchant Republic of Pestin agree to mutual preferential trade status.
