The Empire of Siliton and the Kingdom of Elysium, in the interest of peace, positive relations, and expanding trade; agree to the following terms. The high contracting parties agree to enforce the terms of this treaty to the best of their ability.
1. There shall exist a state of non-aggression between the Empire of Siliton and the Kingdom of Elysium. Neither of the signatories shall pursue aggressive actions towards one-another, nor their people outside of respecting and enforcing local law and custom.
2. The Kingdom of Elysium agrees to provide the Empire of Siliton with the designs, and several examples, of the Elysium Saddle. In addition, the Kingdom agrees to provide the Empire with two hundred and fifty stallions, as well as five hundred mares, of good quality, military stock. Finally, the Kingdom of Elysium agrees to provide the Empire several cavalry trainers, to be provided for by the Empire, on a long term basis.
3. The Empire of Siliton agrees to provide the Kingdom of Elysium with the designs, blueprints, and literature regarding the construction of Silitonian aqueducts, bath houses, and latrines. In addition, the Empire agrees to provide the Kingdom with several visiting engineers, to assist with the construct of such works within the Kingdom. Finally, the Empire of Siliton agrees to provide the Kingdom of Elysium with ten examples of the Silitonian Dhows, as well as provide training for sailors in their operation.
4. The Empire of Siliton and the Kingdom of Elysium agree to allow their respective merchants free access to their markets, so long as local law and custom are respected. The Three Crowns Trading Co. is hereby granted access and the rights to operate within the Kingdom of Elysium, as well as the right to construct a Company Chapterhouse in the port city of Ortad.
