Upon a meeting of Crown Prince Fionn of Alpa and the Apostolic Crown Prince Louis of Kokivania, the two realms have come together and agreed to commit to the following terms to foster friendly relations, further economic ends, and lay the founding blocks towards the further safeguarding of the fraternity of realms on Weslif. Hereby, the realms of Alpa and Kokivania agree to the following terms;
Section One - On Matters of Trade
The Kingdom of Alpa, and by extention the participant realms of the Three Crowns Trading Company and their holdings, and the Apostolic Kingdom of Kokivania agree to open their markets to the merchants of one their respective realms, albeit under the understanding that local tolls, tariffs and laws are followed.
The Three Crowns Trade Company is permitted to build a Charterhouse on the territory of the Apostolic Kingdom of Kokivania. The Charterhouse shall be constructed in the city of Kokivan.
Section Two - Economic Ties
The Kingdom of Alpa will allow a mission from the Apostolic Kingdom of Kokivania to observe the shipwrights of the Royal Charter Yards to learn from the master shipbuilders of Alpa.
To garner experience in the operation of sailing vessels, the Alpan Chapter of the Three Crowns Company will grant one-year contracts to sailors from the Apostolic Kingdom of Kokivania. These sailors will work out their contracts aboard Alpan vessels, learning how to operate them in the process. Kokivanian sailors will be granted the same compensation as Alpan sailors for their service.
