Treaty of Portucalense & Sothoryos

Summary: Treaty of protectorate status of Kingdom of Sothoryos

In the year 458, the Kingdom of Sothoryos agreed to enter into a protectorate status with the Principality of Portucalense.

Section One:
The Kingdom of Sothoryos has agreed to a six-year period of protectorate status which will be renewed in the year 464 at which time it can be extended for another period of six years or rescinded.

Section Two:
The Principality of Portucalense agrees to provide protection and aid to the Kingdom of Sothoryos against any foreign attackers.

Section Three:
The Principality of Portucalense agrees to only provide defensive forces and will not engage in external conflicts or raids enacted by the Kingdom of Sothoryos.

Section Four:
The Kingdom of Sothoryos agrees to pay in tribute 10,000 warriors for any internal or external conflicts for the Principality of Portucalense.
