Treaty of Trade and Technology Between the Kingdom of Tabor and Euskal Herria

Preamble
In the interest of mutual prosperity, maritime advancement, and the strengthening of friendly relations, the Kingdom of Tabor and Euskal Herria hereby enter into this Trade and Technology Agreement, setting forth the terms under which knowledge, vessels, and goods shall be exchanged for the benefit of both realms.

Article I – Exchange of Technical Designs Euskal Herria shall provide to the Kingdom of Tabor the full technical design, specifications, and construction principles of the Nef-class vessel. In return, the Kingdom of Tabor shall provide to Euskal Herria the complete design and operational knowledge of the treadwheel crane. Both parties shall assign suitably qualified engineers, shipwrights, and technical advisors to oversee the transfer, interpretation, and implementation of the exchanged technologies, ensuring accuracy, safety, and faithful reproduction.

Article II – Procurement of Vessels The Kingdom of Tabor agrees to purchase from Euskal Herria the following vessels:
Thirty (30) Nef-class ships
Thirty (30) Nau vessels of the two-masted configuration
Ten (10) Nau vessels of the three-masted configuration
The total agreed price for the above vessels shall be ₰5,750,000, payable under terms mutually agreed upon by both parties. Delivery of all vessels shall be completed no later than the year 490, barring acts of God, war, or other extraordinary circumstances acknowledged by both parties.

Article III – Provision of Grain The Kingdom of Tabor agrees to supply Euskal Herria with a mutually agreed quantity of grain, the type, volume, schedule of delivery, and ports of exchange to be determined by joint commission and recorded in an annex to this treaty. This provision shall serve to support food security and trade balance between the two parties.

Article IV – Good Faith and Continuity Both parties affirm that this treaty is entered into in good faith and shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from its interpretation or execution through negotiation and diplomatic means.

Article V - Ratification This treaty shall enter into force upon ratification by the duly recognized authorities of both the Kingdom of Tabor and Euskal Herria.
