The Empire of Siliton, the The Kingdom of Alpa, the Principality of Portucalense (henceforth referred to as the Tripartite), and the Kingdom of Alania acknowledging the benefits of mutual cooperation and diplomatic relations; agree to the following terms as a part of this binding treaty. The high contracting parties agree to enforce the articles of this treaty to the best of their ability.

There shall exist a state of non-aggression between the Tripartite Realms and the Kingdom of Alania. None of the signatories shall pursue aggressive actions towards one-another, nor their people outside of respecting and enforcing local law and custom.

Both the Principality of Portucalense and the Kingdom of Alania agree to respect the agreed upon extents of their mutual borders.

All parties agree to adopt a policy of acceptance towards persons hailing from the realms of the signatories of this pact, agreeing to refrain from molesting said persons without any reason within their borders so long as they follow local law and custom. Furthermore the Tripartite recognizes the ruler of the Kingdom of Alania as the protector of the Astellian people, granting the right of redress and petition should they feel their people are slighted.

The Tripartite Realms and the Kingdom of Alania agree to allow their respective merchants free access to their markets so long as local law and custom are respected. The Three Crowns Trading Co. is hereby granted access and the rights to operate within the Kingdom of Alania.
